Soo Mi is our Prior Authorization Specialist at Grandville Foot and Ankle. She helps patients assess their medical needs and serves as a liaison between insurance companies and our Practitioners to ensure that there is prior authorization for treatment in our office. She keeps the appointment flow running smoothly and efficiently. Soo Mi enjoys caring for her cats and watching captivating Drama TV shows. She also enjoys riding her motorcycle. She has been interested in healthcare since she obtained her first job as a healthcare representative. She finds joy in providing care, support, and a sense of understanding to our patients.
