Dexter - Patient Care Coordinator

Dexter is a Patient Care Coordinator with our office and assists with new patient appointment bookings and operating behind the scenes to ensure patient appointments go smoothly. He also assists our Insurance Authorization Specialist in prior authorizations and coordination with insurance accuracy for billing. With a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Dexter is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for each patient he encounters. He is also great at understanding the movement and activities that our patients are involved in. He especially loves working with pediatric patients. Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing at home, indulging in his hobbies, and spending time with his family. Dexter enjoys being a part of the team at Grandville Foot and Ankle, and always puts our patients first.
